bad people.

a duck is a duck. at least that is what i always say...
and this blog is purely to vent.
i met a person. trusted her in my home with all that
i consider of value to me...dog included...and she...well
broke my heart and my trust and scammed me out of
a lot and i'm not just talking material wise. it's quite
disturbing when someone turns out to be not half of
what they had portrayed themselves to be. sabrina
did that. i mean it's good that she did when she did...
i saw the signs but there are those moments...when you
find yourself saying....how? why me? how did i not see
this? well i didn't. and i'm wiser for the lesson. so learn
it. trust your instinct. follow your intution....and stay
away from sabrina k. got it? ducks.

just checking in. life went on....and how.
just found a new blog and wanted to follow it.
i'm hungry and i have some left-over rice and goat cheese in the kitchen. it's calling my name.
my thoughts?
oh yeah....that guy...Obama...the one that i was so supportive of in the midst of all that crazy...well yeah...he won. he's our president. the world is on it's way to better....or so i'd like to believe. and life? well it's a ride. not always beautiful...but what a ride.
